March 2, 2023FBI Whistleblower, Special Agent O’BoyleIn a shocking release of whistleblower testimony, FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle claimed that the FBI began targeting pro-life pregnancy centers after the Dobbs decision last summer. Describing the FBI leadership’s directives to update threat tags that began targeting “pro-life adherence,” O’Boyle said, “When this threat tag came out, it was like, why are you focusing on pro-life people? … It’s pro-choice people who are the ones protesting or otherwise threatening violence…” According to Fox News, “O’Boyle said the FBI wanted agents to ‘look into’ what the bureau called ‘pregnancy centers.’” (Source)FBI Targeting “Pro-life Adherence”
March 1, 2023U.S. Attorney General GarlandDuring a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, March 1, Attorney General Merrick Garland was questioned regarding the disparity in how the FBI treats pro-life people and groups. At the hearing, Sen. Ted Cruz pointed to a picture of CompassCare’s firebombed pro-life medical office in Buffalo noting similar attacks nationwide for which pro-abortion domestic terror group, Jane’s Revenge took responsibility. Feb 14, 2023Montana House Bill 471Hearings were held on March 14 for new Montana abortion legislation (HB 471), making abortion a religious right.
If passed, Montana’s legislation would begin the process of setting a U.S. legal precedent, protecting abortion on religious liberty grounds. The bill states in part: “At any time during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, a pregnant woman has the right to obtain an abortion from a willing health care provider, even when the abortion is prohibited by this chapter or otherwise prohibited under the laws of this state, if the woman seeks the abortion in accordance with the woman’s sincerely held religious tenets.”
This is another instance of a larger strategy to conflate religion—Christianity in particular—with abortion.

Feb 7, 2023Eight Abortion CompaniesEight of the largest online chemical abortionists have gone on record saying they have plans to pivot away from Mifepristone to the sole use of Misoprostol. The upshot of the online chemical abortion companies’ new protocol means they intend for women to expel live babies at potentially any time throughout the pregnancy given that most if not all online abortion businesses do not confirm the pregnancy nor determine how far along a woman is in her pregnancy prior to illegally mailing her the drugs. Misoprostol is approved by the FDA as an ulcer medication, warning it should not be taken by pregnant women.
Even now this abortion industry is encouraging and directing women to procure illegal abortions and cover their online footprint, asking women to become complicit in breaking the law while putting their health at risk.

Feb 6, 2023Judge Colleen Kollar-KotellyA federal judge in Washington DC, Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, is presenting an argument that the 13th Amendment of the Constitution provides a right to abortion. Citing Andrew Koppelman who claimed in his paper Forced Labor: A Thirteenth Amendment Defense of Abortion“When women are compelled to carry and bear children, they are subjected to ‘involuntary servitude’ in violation of the thirteenth amendment.” However, the Dobbs case holds, “The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”

Oddly, Kollar-Kotelly’s argument aligns with the propaganda of the pro-abortion extremist group known as Jane’s Revenge, now known to be linked to Antifa. In their first communique, Antifa/Jane’s Revenge issued an ultimatum to pro-life groups after their first firebombing saying: “This was only a warning. We demand the disbanding of all anti-choice establishments, fake clinics…within the next thirty days…. We will not sit still while we are…. forced into servitude.” (Source)

Feb 6, 2023AP and Judicial Narrative of Brereton’s SentencingContradicting the narrative presented by the federal justice representatives, Brereton, in a video posted to YouTube prior to the crime, clarified that his beliefs are neither politically nor religiously motivated, but scientifically, stating, “…read a science book. [Abortion is] not a religious debate, it’s not a political debate.” Yet, somehow, the Associated Press claimed his actions were driven by a “church sermon.” After the sentencing, U.S. Attorney Mark Totten implied that Brereton’s actions were politically motivated. Then Judge Maloney joined Totten’s apparently unsubstantiated opinion that there is a larger group of people to dissuade from similar attacks on abortion clinics, noted in the DOJ’s press release: “…the need for general deterrence… that others who might commit a similar violent crime need to understand that a substantial sentence will be meted out….”Mischaracterization and defamation of pro-life people

Sep 13, 2022FBIAn FBI Special Agent from the FBI’s Buffalo, NY office came to CompassCare’s Buffalo office on the morning of Tuesday, September 13 to look at the new security camera system, as well as getting information on the original cameras and the interim DVR CompassCare purchased to run the old system. He brought an FBI Special Agent with him.
Notes from CompassCare’s Buffalo Regional Executive Meeting with the FBI agents:
• The FBI Special Agents were here for about 30 minutes and looked over new camera system including NVR, picture quality on monitor and camera apps, and the ability to move and focus cameras.
• An agent examined the remnants of the old security system in CompassCare’s possession: original camera, the interim DVR, and AV cable.
• The agent discussed timing details of when the group from Quantico, VA would arrive on Friday, September 30th and their itinerary: Arrive at the CompassCare office around 2:00PM, set up their equipment, and then leave and return around dusk. When they come back between 7:00 -7:30PM they will run their analysis, which should be around an hour or two, and then return any of our equipment to its proper place.
• When asked why it had taken this team so long to come and do this analysis, the agents said that things had to run through the channels of Amherst Police and then get handed off to this FBI team in Quantico.
• When the agents went to leave, they engaged one of the condominium owners who rents parking space. The neighbor said the Amherst police had spoken with his neighbor and reviewed their Ring camera footage for possible evidence.

The FBI takes all violence and threats of violence very seriously and we are working closely with our law enforcement partners at the national, state, and local levels to investigate these incidents,” the statement continued.
“We would like to remind members of the public that if they observe anything suspicious or have information about potential threats to report it to law enforcement immediately, call their local FBI field office, or submit a tip to”

Jul 21, 202217 Attorneys General“As the chief legal officers of our respective States, we the undersigned Attorneys General are extremely troubled by this gallingly un-American political pressure. We wish to make this very clear to Google and the other market participants that it dwarfs: If you fail to resist this political pressure, we will act swiftly to protect American consumers from this dangerous axis of corporate and government power.”
We cannot imagine a potential antitrust violation more odious to American ideals than the deployment of monopoly power to suppress the expression of a particular idea, done at the behest of government actors. Because of the fundamental American values at stake here, if you comply with this inappropriate demand to bias your search results against crisis pregnancy centers, our offices will (1) conduct thorough investigations to determine whether this suppression violates the antitrust laws of the United States and our states; (2) investigate whether Google’s conduct amounts to an unlawful act of religious discrimination under state law; and (3) consider whether additional legislation—such as nondiscrimination rules under common carriage statutes—is necessary to protect consumers and markets.

Jul 12, 2022Department of JusticeDepartment of Justice established the Reproductive Rights Taskforce: “The Task Force formalizes an existing working group and efforts by the Department over the last several months to identify ways to protect access to reproductive health care in anticipation of the possibility of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
“The Task Force will monitor and evaluate all state and local legislation and enforcement actions that threaten to:
• Infringe on federal legal protections relating to the provision or pursuit of reproductive care;
• Impair women’s ability to seek reproductive care in states where it is legal;
• Impair individuals’ ability to inform and counsel each other about the reproductive care that is available in other states;
• Ban Mifepristone based on disagreement with the FDA’s expert judgment about its safety and efficacy; or
• Impose criminal or civil liability on federal employees who provide reproductive health services in a manner authorized by federal law.
“The Task Force will identify such actions and coordinate appropriate federal government responses, including proactive and defensive legal action where appropriate.
“The Justice Department is working with external stakeholders such as reproductive services providers, advocates and state attorneys general… In order to assist attorneys working to protect access to comprehensive reproductive health services, the Task Force will centralize online legal resources, such as filed Justice Department legal briefs and information about the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
“Recognizing that the best way to protect reproductive freedom is through congressional action, the Task Force will also coordinate providing technical assistance to Congress in connection with federal legislation to codify reproductive rights and ensure access to comprehensive reproductive services.
