5-Point Plan to Prosecute Corruption within Federal Law Enforcement

The following plan is prescribed by pro-life strategist, Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of firebombed CompassCare, to put an end to the corruption of federal law enforcement that is persecuting Christians. Because federal law enforcement is the purview of the Executive branch, any serious Presidential candidate must have a plan to address the deep-seated corruption.

Summary of Current Situation

The attacks on pro-life people appear to be sanctioned by President BidenAttorney General Garland, FBI Director Wray, and now even DHS Secretary Mayorkas (see Appendix 1). No candidate will be able to create the necessary reform in federal law enforcement by simply replacing Department heads. Rev. Harden has called for a review of the purpose and constitutionality of federal law enforcement with funding freezes while full criminal investigations can be performed throughout each department—to protect all citizens equally under the law, a “herculean task.”

5-Point Plan to Prosecute Corruption within Federal Law Enforcement:

  1. Abort the persecution of pro-life Christians through a funding freeze of the DOJ and DHS.
  2. Impeach leaders of the DOJ, FBI, DHS, etc. for both depriving pro-life people of equal protection under the law and for undermining the rule of law for knowingly permitting or participating in domestic terrorism.
  3. Indict all participants including but not limited to President Biden, Attorney General Garland, FBI Director Wray, and others for high crimes and misdemeanors, including Sedition, Treason, RICO, Money Laundering, and violations of the 3rd KKK Act of 1871, convening military tribunals in districts where the judiciary has been compromised.
  4. Imprison the convicted engaged in a conspiracy to deprive pro-life citizens of their 1st and 14th Amendment rights, undermining the rule of law under color of law.
  5. Re-evaluate the purpose of federal law enforcement as a potential violation of the 10th Amendment.

Respectfully Submitted:

Rev. James R. Harden, M.Div.

Appendix 1: Sampling of Criminal Actions Taken by the Executive and Federal Law Enforcement against Pro-life Christians:

  • July 8, 2022: President Biden Signed an executive order, mandating that the “Secretary of Health and Human Services shall, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Chair of the FTC, consider options to address deceptive or fraudulent practices related to reproductive healthcare services, including online, and to protect access to accurate information.”
  • July 12, 2022: The Department of Justice complied with President Biden’s Executive Order by creating the Reproductive Rights Taskforce designed to, among other things, “…coordinate appropriate federal government responses [and]…centralize online legal resources, such as filed Justice Department legal briefs and information about the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.”
  • August 23, 2022: The FBI was accused of slow-walking justice, abdicating duty to investigate violent crimes, terror plots, and death threats against pro-life organizations like CompassCare.
  • September 23, 2022: The FBI performed a dawn raid of the home of a peaceful pro-life leader, Mark Houck. Three days prior, in an interview with the Epoch Times, CompassCare CEO, Rev. Jim Harden, expressed that the next step for politicized law enforcement would be to engage in character assassination.
  • October 5, 2022: The DOJ indicted 11 peaceful pro-life citizens on FACE Act violations.
  • October 5, 2022: The FBI raided the homes of Paul Vaughn and Chester Gallagher, both peaceful pro-life activists, arresting the holocaust survivor Eva Edl shortly thereafter.
  • October 12, 2022: The FBI Special Agent in charge of the investigation into the June 7th, 2022 firebombing of CompassCare’s pro-life medical office in Buffalo asked to schedule a meeting with CompassCare CEO, Rev. Jim Harden to discuss 1) CompassCare’s lawsuit against the Amherst Police Department to retrieve CompassCare’s video surveillance evidence and 2) CompassCare’s media engagements. The meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, October 18.
  • October 18, 2022: Two FBI agents met Rev. Harden and CompassCare’s attorney at CompassCare’s Rochester office. The agents conveyed their commitment to the investigation and their objectivity. Yet, they said they were unaware of the FBI’s violent SWAT raids on peaceful pro-life leaders in TN and PA. The FBI offered CompassCare’s CEO the opportunity to view CompassCare’s own video footage for the first time—133 days after the June 7th firebombing.
  • November 3, 2022: The House Judiciary Committee released a 1050-page report with whistleblower testimony alleging FBI corruption and politicization.
  • November 18, 2022: Letters were sent to forty-two Biden Administration officials—including FBI Director Christopher Wray—mandating their cooperation in the Judiciary Committee’s “further investigations into allegations of politicization and bias at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.”
  • December 18, 2022: The Department of Justice published an updated a list of their “Recent cases on violence against reproductive health care providers.” The cases date back to 2011 and do not include any of the 160 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers since the leak of the Dobbs decision.
  • January 22, 2023: President Joe Biden signed a Presidential Memorandum directing the Department of Justice, Attorney General, and the Secretary Department of Homeland Security to do two things:1) protect the distribution of dangerous chemical abortion and 2) attack pro-life people, by saying, “…consider new actions to ensure that patients can access…medication abortion…free from threats or violence,” and pro-life free speech.
  • March 1, 2023: Attorney General Merrick Garland was questioned regarding the disparity in how the FBI treats pro-life people and groups. At the hearing, Sen. Ted Cruz pointed to a picture of CompassCare’s firebombed pro-life medical office in Buffalo noting similar attacks nationwide for which pro-abortion domestic terror group, Jane’s Revenge took responsibility. [See additional questioning by Ted Cruz (R-TX)Mike Lee (R-UT), and Josh Hawley (R-MO).] Garland justified the FBI’s lack of performance saying, “Those attacking the pregnancy resource centers…are doing this at night, in the dark…. …these people who are doing this are clever and are doing it in secret.”
  • March 2, 2023: In a shocking release of whistleblower testimony, FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle claimed that the FBI began targeting pro-life pregnancy centers after the Dobbs decision last summer.
  • March 9, 2023: President Joe Biden responded to Rev. Harden’s August 2022 and March 8, 2023 call for the defunding of the FBI in order to dismantle and rebuild it due to systemic corruption. Biden ridiculed the notion of defunding the FBI saying, “That’s a good one. I like that one. Well guess what? I refuse to provide funding that’s going to keep communities safe and secure.”
  • May 9, 2023: It was revealed that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is targeting pro-life mothers as domestic terror threats.
  • May 25, 2023: The DHS’s Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant Program (TVTP) was revealed to be “engaged in an active effort to demonize Christian and Republican organizations granting over $40MM in federal taxpayer dollars to private institutions to investigate them,” according to Brent Bozell, president of the Media Research Center. TVTP is a supposed critical component to fulfill Goal 3 of the DHS Strategic Framework to Counter Terrorism and Targeted Violence, which is designed to “champion and institutionalize” bigotry against Christians, Conservatives, and Republicans.
