Louisiana Sues NY Gov. Hochul, Illegal Abortion Drug Trafficking

New York politicians, abortionists, pharmaceutical companies, and package carriers have been conspiring to violate federal and state laws by facilitating chemical abortion drug trafficking. New York politicians, shamefully including AG James, enable abortionists to illegally mail chemical abortion drugs to women’s homes in states with pro-life laws like Louisiana and Texas, violating both state sovereignty as well as federal law (Comstock Act).

What’s more, when those pro-life states try to stop the abortionists from harming their citizens and their state’s rights to their own laws, NY Gov. Hochul and AG James, instead of protecting women and the Constitution, shield the criminal abortionists from liability.

This is why CompassCare’s TeleCare service is so important. It enables women across the nation to connect with a pro-life nurse faster than the abortionists can mail the drugs to her home. This means women can be served with ethical medical care anywhere, anytime, helping women say “no” to abortion or quickly receive emergency abortion pill reversal therapy if they have already taken the first abortion drug.

Thankfully, pro-life states are courageously taking the battle for life to the New York politicians that are abusing their positions of authority. Louisiana and several other pro-life states are suing Gov. Kathy Hochul and New York State for violations of pro-life state sovereignty and extradition laws.

On September 30, Louisiana, joined by Arkansas and Alabama, filed two lawsuits challenging the illegal interstate chemical abortion drug trafficking and the state shield laws protecting abortion purveyors from felony prosecution. The states seek injunctive relief, damages, and civil penalties, arguing that the defendants’ conduct constitutes a public nuisance and violates state consumer-protection laws.

This week, Rev. Jim Harden sent an open letter to Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry and Attorney General Liz Murrill, thanking them for suing New York State Gov. Hochul, urging them to go further and file racketeering charges for conspiring to violate federal law along with abortionists Margaret Carpenter, AG James, chemical abortion pharmaceutical companies Danco Laboratories and GenBio Pro, and the package carriers shipping the drugs in violation of the Comstock Act.

This life-saving work has much opposition, but the Church through CompassCare will never stop serving women and saving babies. Help save women and babies from abortion with a gift today!

A generous donor has committed to matching your gift, dollar-for-dollar, today through the end of the year.

In short, Rev. Harden is encouraging pro-life states to explore litigation against NY government officials, such as Governor Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James, for their personal involvement in the abortion industry’s intentional disregard for the laws of other states, the U.S. Constitution, Federal law, and the safety of women and their preborn boys and girls. Meanwhile, those same government officials seek to bring down the abortion industry’s only competition, pro-life pregnancy centers like CompassCare.
