New York, NY— On May 1, the Federal 5th Circuit Court halted mail-order abortion pills. Pro-life pregnancy centers are on heightened security alert. In May of 2022, the illegal leak of the Supreme Court Dobbs v Jackson case occurred. The case put the regulation of abortion back into the hands of states, sparking a Marxist Antifa prairie fire of violence against pro-life pregnancy centers, including the firebombing of CompassCare’s Buffalo Medical office.
CompassCare CEO, Rev. Jim Harden, states, “The ending of mail-order abortion, even for a short while, will likely fuel another wave of violence from pro-abortion Marxist Antifa against pro-life pregnancy centers and churches.” Rev. Harden went on to say, “Given that chemical abortion represents nearly 70% of all U.S. abortions, this, and similar cases, carry much more profound ramifications for pro-abortion extremists embedded in society and government. Since the firebombing of our facility is still unsolved, we are on heightened security alert, having notified local law enforcement and the FBI of our concerns.”
Danco Laboratories, the shadowy pharmaceutical company responsible for bringing chemical abortion to the U.S. under the Clinton Administration’s FDA, plans to request an emergency hearing from the Supreme Court to stay the ruling.
Louisiana estimates approximately 1000 chemical abortions are being shipped across state lines every month from places like New York in violation of both Louisiana State law and the Federal Comstock Act. The court agrees this activity causes irreparable harm to 1) the State’s preborn citizenry recognized as persons under the law there and 2) the State’s treasury as the harm caused to women from the drug sends many women covered under Medicaid to the emergency room.
Chemical abortion is so dangerous that it is currently under a safety review at the FDA because new data reveals the drug sends 1 in 10 women to the emergency room.
Harden continued, “The legal pipeline is full of cases poised to not just halt the illegal mailing of chemical abortion drugs to women’s homes but, similar to the Dobbs case, carries the very real possibility of placing a moratorium on the sale and dispensing of all chemical abortions. Happily, cutting the majority of U.S. abortions would financially gut the abortion industry. However, we are concerned it would likely animate another violent wave of pro-abortion Antifa protests targeting pro-life pregnancy centers and churches.”
Chemical abortion is the center of controversy in New York, the headquarters of the chemical abortion company, Danco Labs, as well as many mail-order abortion companies. Two years ago this month,
on May 6, 2024, NY Attorney General Letitia James abused her position by suing the non-profit pro-life pregnancy center CompassCare and several other pro-life pregnancy centers for business fraud, crimes that do not exist in law. That case is pending in New York State Supreme Court.
