Buffalo, NY— June 24, 2025 marks three years since the U.S. Supreme Court issued its Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling, overturning Roe v. Wade—returning the regulation of abortion procedures back to the states. While many states have chosen to regulate or restrict abortion, others have doubled down to protect the abortion industry in conjunction with fast-emerging chemical abortion. In fact, abortions have increased post-Dobbs. Meanwhile, pro-abortion Antifa violent extremists have not been brought to justice neither for their hit job on CompassCare, injuring two firefighters while firebombing the pro-life medical center, nor the vast majority of the over 500 other attacks.
While CompassCare is serving women throughout NY and across the nation, Dobbs has not done what many pro-life leaders predicted: slow abortion. As Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare predicted, Dobbs was not the end of abortion, but the end of the beginning. Reports show abortion has increased each year since Dobbs, with annual (reported) US abortions topping one million each year. While some claim the lack of abortions in states like Texas mean those would-be-abortions didn’t take place. Rev. Harden warned that, like a balloon when squeezed, the abortions will simply change venues or methods. Confirming this prediction, abortion rates are rising while chemical abortion is booming—now accounting for over 60% of all reported US abortions.
The June 7, 2022 firebombing of CompassCare’s Buffalo medical office was perpetrated by the pro-abortion Antifa front group, Jane’s Revenge. Rev. Jim Harden predicted as early as 2019 the overturn of Roe and the shift of the abortion industry to chemical abortion, and the CompassCare team had already laid the groundwork to hack the abortion industry’s new hub-and-spoke business model through TeleCare, cutting the time for a woman to meet with a pro-life nurse from 24 hours to 24 seconds. In the months following the firebombing, CompassCare became the pro-life leader in telemedicine. Today, CompassCare serves thousands of women in America’s abortion capital of New York with a rebuilt Buffalo medical office, as well as in Rochester, NY’s tri-city Capital Region, Brooklyn, The Bronx, and Staten Island.
Despite CompassCare leadership requesting assistance from the FBI before the attack due to escalating threats, and the collusion of Antifa terrorists in possible connection with left-wing leaders, the FBI under the Biden Administration not only slow-walked the investigation, but stalled CompassCare’s own investigative efforts by withholding private security tapes from CompassCare’s lawyers, investigators, and staff.
Rev. Harden said, “Justice was on life-support when Trump took office. The Biden Administration let violence go unanswered, passively (and potentially actively) inviting more violence.”
Rev. Harden has advised the incoming DOJ and FBI leadership to look at the big picture: Antifa and its front groups (Jane’s Revenge, BLM, Pro-Palestine Activists, Stop Cop City, etc.) do not care about their poster pet-cause. Rev. Harden notes on May 29, “After being attacked by Antifa and having the Biden FBI and DOJ join in those attacks, it is clear Antifa is not a grassroots group of morally outraged American youth,” said Rev. Harden. “Antifa is an international communist revolution, piggybacking on left-wing causes.”
Rev. Harden applauded President Trump for establishing the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias. Rev. Harden also suggests that rooting out international Antifa sympathizers to reestablish justice in the DOJ and FBI, may require the additional support of the CIA and INTERPOL. To the leadership of the DOJ, Rev. Harden also applauds Assistant U.S. AG Dhillon for her commitment to indict pro-abortion violent extremists as well as U.S. AG Pam Bondi’s commitment to internal investigations to root out corruption within the DOJ with her new Weaponization Working Group headed by Ed Martin, Jr. Rev. Harden also encourages 1) the FBI and DHS to initiate a nationwide investigation into Antifa terrorist cells now hiding in anti-Trump protests, and 2) Congress to review his 9-Point Plan to Protect Women and Children from Abortion Fraud and Injury.
