On Thursday, July 27, Illinois joined New York in weaponizing legislation against pro-life pregnancy centers. Pro-abortion political rhetoric vilifying pro-life pregnancy centers in blue states has ramped up as violent domestic terror targeting pro-life entities ebbs. In place of physical violence, radicalized pro-abortion legislatures and activist lawyers continue the goals of pro-abortion Antifa to shut down all public pro-life services.
U.S. District Court Judge Iain Johnston immediately granted the requested preliminary injunction by pro-life pregnancy centers, halting the Machiavellian law. In the first sentence of his official ruling, Judge Johnston struck hard stating, “…[This Law] is both stupid and very likely unconstitutional.”
