Women’s Reproductive Health Takes Backseat at Planned Parenthood?

Planned Parenthood self-identifies as the champion of women’s reproductive health. Their annual revenue waterline now stands at $1.64 billion dollars. Oddly, one analysis shows the abortion business providing 72% fewer women’s health services than it has in the past. What services are contributing to Planned Parenthood’s staggering bottom line if not women’s health care?

Recently, an investigative journalist called attention to Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York’s own description of its services. The organization’s website claims “Nationally, Planned Parenthood is the second largest provider of Gender Affirming Hormone Care.”

One might wonder what gender hormone therapy has to do with improving women’s reproductive health? Perhaps one former Planned Parenthood employee has part of the answer saying, “…trans identifying kids are cash cows, and they are kept on the hook for the foreseeable future…whereas abortions are a one-and-done situation.”
