Rochester, NY— The global Antifa platform known as Autistici/Inventati (A/I) Collective terminated services after 25 years. The State Department labeled the A/I Collective a terrorist organization in connection with the 2022 firebombing campaign of pro-life organizations and churches. Meanwhile, new whistleblower testimony from New York’s Office of Attorney General alleges New York AG Letitia James directed staff to pursue political opponents without credible cause.
On August 26, 2026, the U.S. State and Treasury Departments designated the A/I Collective as an international terrorist organization, providing digital platforms and services to terrorist cells such as Hamas and Marxist Antifa front, Jane’s Revenge. The State Department’s Fact Sheet notes, “The violent far-left extremists, ‘Jane’s Revenge,’ who waged a firebombing campaign against crisis pregnancy centers across the United States, relied on A/I Collective tools and services to publish official communiqués … and to incite copycat attacks.”
CompassCare’s private investigators note, “Many of [A/I Collective’s] members are based in and around Silicon Valley,” highlighting the need to remain vigilant. Rev. Jim Harden, CompassCare CEO, warns that Antifa uses a “throw-away” tactic, using and then shuttering platforms and entire organizational structures when a given entity comes under too much scrutiny. Rev. Harden says, “Consistent with the global Antifa pattern, A/I Collective has been shut down. Its functions will be resumed by another platform imminently.” A/I Collective itself urged “supporters to continue the resistance offline…” promising, “Instructions for data backup will follow.”
Two days after A/I Collective was put on notice by the State and Treasury Departments, on August 28, 2026, Assistant Attorney General Daniel Wiesenfeld alleged in an email sent to approximately 2,000 employees in James’ office, that New York AG office time and resources are used to attack James’ political enemies instead of actual criminals. The Times Union reports the whistleblower email from Wiesenfeld was “quickly deleted from the office’s servers and vanished from the inboxes of more than 2,000 employees.” While the AG’s office disputes the allegations, Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare, says, “All official or unofficial communication within the AG’s office is FOIAble, part of the public record. Erasing these emails in itself is an act of corruption consistent with the allegations of the whistleblower and with CompassCare’s experience of Ms. James.”
Following the brutal attack on CompassCare’s pro-life medical office, which destroyed the facility and injured two firefighters, Letitia James neither activated the Counter Terrorism Department of the NY State Police, nor opened an investigation into the attack. No blue-state Attorney General opened an investigation into the string of over 500 attacks, despite Antifa taking direct responsibility for many of the incidents.
Instead of investigating the attacks, in April of 2024, Letitia James sued pregnancy centers for advertising Abortion Pill Reversal (“APR”), claiming that the statements violated New York’s consumer-fraud laws. This was an attack specifically directed at CompassCare, the only pro-life organization in NY capable of administering APR. The notice did not identify why a non-profit providing free medical care and information fit the parameters of a business engaging in consumer fraud nor did the letter identify any women who had been injured by CompassCare’s APR communications and services. Thankfully, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted us a preliminary injunction against James from forcing CompassCare’s, free emergency lifesaving services out of the public square. The court held that the speech at issue was noncommercial speech—not commercial advertising, and therefore entitled to full First Amendment protection.
Given AG James’ aggressive pattern of activity against pro-life organizations prior to filing the suit (such as demanding Google censor pro-life organizations on business Map listings), her open support for the deregulation of the chemical abortion industry, and her own claim that the suit was filed in a broader effort to protect the abortion industry, Rev. Harden says James should be investigated by the Assistant U.S. Attorney General of the Civil Rights Division, Harmeet Dhilon, for Conspiracy Against Rights, undermining the rule of law.
