Scripture says, “Like a trampled spring and a polluted well is a righteous man who gives way before the wicked” (Prov. 25:26).
On June 24, NPR irresponsibly reported that the D.C.-based Campaign for Accountability (CfA), a dark money passthrough entity initiated by the Gates-funded, Epstein-connected dark money Arabella network, filed a complaint against CompassCare with New York’s Attorney General. The CfA’s leader, Michelle Kuppersmith, who skims 10% off the top of this organization’s revenues, demanded AG Letitia James investigate CompassCare and other pro-life groups for alleged “deceptive practices” and “unauthorized practice of medicine.” Kuppersmith suggested to NPR that the complaint filed with NY’s AG represents the first of a nationwide campaign, indicating they may send more letters to AGs in other states.
The intent of CfA’s complaint is to stop the use of the most successful tool deployed by pregnancy centers that bonds a woman with her baby, free sonograms. If they are successful in this effort, hundreds of pregnancy centers will be banned from using ultrasound machines, and thousands more women and babies will suffer the slaughter of abortion.
These tactics are getting old and only serve to rob the women they claim to protect of valuable emergency care in their hour of need. The reason the average CompassCare patient satisfaction rating is 4.9 out of 5, and that no patient has ever filed a complaint against CompassCare, is that we uphold the highest standard of medical care and ethics for women facing unplanned pregnancy. Compare that to the serial medical malpractice and fraud that is the abortion industry, and do the moral math on the Campaign for Accountability (CfA). This recent stunt by Kuppersmith and Komrades is one more example of political propaganda at the expense of women and their preborn boys and girls.

For context, the chemical abortion industry is responsible for nearly 70% of all U.S. abortions, with industry leaders headquartered in New York. Chemical abortion is so dangerous that it is currently under a safety review at the FDA because new data reveals the drug sends 1 in 10 women to the emergency room, while being fraudulently promoted as “Safer than Tylenol.” And yet, the shadowy pharmaceutical company, Danco Laboratories, responsible for bringing abortion pills to America, is based in Manhattan.
Many of the drug purveyors reside in New York, a state that shields these criminals from liability for what a Supreme Court Justice recently referred to as a “criminal enterprise,” violating not just state laws but federal law. And even the New York Times recognizes the serial medical malpractice of New York’s abortion industry, notorious for sending women to the ER and the morgue. How about sending death pills by mail to women with no office visit? It does not seem that the ever-vigilant CfA sees any ‘unauthorized practice of medicine’ in that case.
If the hypocrisy of the CfA were not already thick enough, why are they not doing anything to STOP NY’s sex trafficking industry that uses chemical abortion as the glove to cover their fingerprints in light of the New York-based Epstein sex crime syndicate? Or what about the inherent racism driving the abortion industry, as 40% of all abortions are perpetrated on just 14% of the population, black people. In New York, for every 100 black babies born, a demographically devastating 87 are aborted. No investigations? No cries of racism? No calls for consumer protection? No ‘peaceful’ protest? Why? Because it is all a show. Shame on Michelle Kuppersmith, Letitia James, and anyone involved in protecting, promoting, paying for, or providing abortion. At over 73 million per year worldwide, abortion is the greatest crime against humanity in the history of humanity.
CompassCare and other pro-life pregnancy centers gave away nearly half a billion dollars in medical care and services to women facing unplanned pregnancy in 2024. Why are we besmirched and attacked by the abortion industry mafia, while they rake in nearly $1billion in federal tax dollars alone? Perhaps their monopoly is at risk?
It seems unlikely that the CfA failed in their research into the politics of AG Letitia James before filing their complaint, baselessly demanding investigations into CompassCare. AG James already SLAPP’d CompassCare with a frivolous lawsuit alleging business fraud for telling women the truth about the dangers of chemical abortion and the benefits of emergency progesterone therapy to save the baby should the mother change her mind.
State legislatures across the country have passed laws that require abortionists to inform women that it might be possible to reverse a chemical abortion by taking emergency progesterone within 72 hours of ingesting the first deadly pill. This enrages the merchants of death in the abortion industry and their “champion,” Letitia James. Their position is that once the death process begins, it must run to completion. The baby must die! No “reproductive choice” allowed!
Even now, CompassCare is waiting on a ruling from the New York State Supreme Court on an Anti-SLAPP motion filed against James by CompassCare attorneys. CfA’s tactic is aimed at inducing James to file another SLAPP suit. But her lawfare against prolife pregnancy centers that promote a woman’s choice to try to save her unborn child has already been shut down in federal court by an injunction affirmed by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. James is trying to do an end-run around the federal court in state court.
All things considered, one might wonder if the CfA is using this complaint as a political campaign tactic to raise awareness of Letitia James ahead of her re-election bid this November. The CfA is a non-profit, and using even their donor dark money from the likes of pro-abortion George Soros and Bill Gates to promote a candidate’s campaign is a big no-no. Added to that, if in league with Tish James, there is nothing quite so fraudulent as abusing the taxpayer resources of the Office of Attorney General to drive campaign trail name recognition. And what better way than a hot-button issue like abortion?
Perhaps Jeanine Pirro, a former New York resident and now US Attorney for the District of Columbia, should open an investigation into the CfA. Where does CfA get its money? Are they connected to the Southern Poverty Law Center? Is this another example of collusion between Attorney General James and her beloved abortion industry?
