U.S. District Court Protects Sisters of Life Against Pro-abort New York Politicians

On November 8, a U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York ruled in favor of a pregnancy center operated by pro-life nuns called the Sisters of Life. There is a battle heating up of pro-abortion politicians attacking law-abiding pro-life pregnancy centers for simply refusing to refer or provide abortions.

Unfortunately, the victory is limited to the nuns. Vowing non-compliance, CEO of New York pro-life medical network CompassCare, Rev. Jim Harden, points to a recent report revealing pregnancy centers provide women with everything they need for free while the abortion industry does nothing but abortion for a fee. He says, “Targeting pregnancy centers shamefully robs women of true informed consent and community support.”

Give a baby the gift of a birthday! Now through December 31, your tax-deductible gift to CompassCare will be matched dollar-for-dollar!
