Names of CompassCare Firebombers Known—FBI Lets Them Off the Hook

June 7 marks one of the most notorious attacks on a pro-life organization in American history—the firebombing of CompassCare’s pro-life medical office in Buffalo, NY. The names of the terrorists are known. They are effectively escaping accountability—not because the FBI lacks evidence, but because federal law enforcement refused to investigate and the DOJ refused to indict.

I am sounding the alarm because this Sunday, June 7, 2026, is when the statute of limitations expires to file a civil lawsuit against the individuals responsible for that firebombing.

Private investigators, with their limited investigative resources, are certain of the names of the terrorists. If we now know who did this, the Feds know more. Because CompassCare does not have the resources to do the FBI’s job in a full-fledged investigation, we don’t have evidence that could withstand court scrutiny. Therefore, we can’t even release the names without fear of a defamation lawsuit coming back on CompassCare.

The fact remains, the FBI is sitting on a mountain of evidence, including cell phone data, video surveillance of the criminals doing the crime, license plate numbers, body mechanics, IP addresses, names of co-conspirators, etc, etc. We know who did this. They know who did this. And yet they stand down. Why?

For the FBI to allow these perpetrators to go free makes them complicit in domestic terrorism. Sound far-fetched?

Remember that little fraud snafu a federal grand jury charged the Southern Poverty Law Center back in April for funding ostensibly right-wing terrorist activity while raising money to fight it? It is important to note that SPLC somehow insinuated itself into the upper echelons of the FBI, such that the SPLC watchlist became investigative fodder for the FBI into peaceful, pro-life, and other conservative Christian people and organizations. FBI Director Kash Patel quietly severed their relationship conveniently before the indictment became public.

Endure the Rising Christian Persecution for the Greater Reward

“America is at war, and Christians are a target.” This book is written for pastors, Christian leaders, and true disciples of Jesus, in the spirit of His command to be on the alert. Available on Amazon in paperback, Audible, and Kindle.

So wouldn’t the FBI’s partnership with the SPLC represent complicity in domestic terrorism? As I proposed at the one-year anniversary of the firebombing, I reiterate here that the FBI budget needs to be suspended until 1) a full investigation into the nature and extent of politization can be completed and 2) the Senate Judiciary Committee can review whether and to what extent the existence of federal law enforcement violates the 10th Amendment of the Constitution.

The 10th Amendment reads: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The reason CompassCare was firebombed was because the Supreme Court was about to reverse an earlier 1973 ruling that construed a right to abortion. The Court in 2022 did just that, saying it was the purview of the states to regulate abortion as they see fit.

Jane’s Revenge, an Antifa front group, settled on the oft-repeated vandal threat, “If abortions aren’t safe, then neither are you,” and then lowered itself to violence against pregnancy centers and churches in an attempt to shut down public pro-life expression. Classic domestic terror.

And now that some states have chosen to restrict or outlaw abortion—like Texas and Louisiana—other pro-abortion states like New York seek to undermine those States’ sovereignty to have and enforce pro-life laws by shielding criminal abortionists who conspire to violate both federal and state laws by shipping abortion drugs to women and abusers in those states.

Meanwhile, the DOJ refuses to enforce the federal laws and the Supreme Court allows its own rulings to be undermined by allowing these “criminal enterprise[s]” to continue. Add to this debacle of the FBI’s refusal to investigate and the DOJ’s refusal to prosecute the hundreds of violent crimes perpetrated against pro-life Christians like CompassCare, and you have a real headscratcher.

Enforcing the law is the job of the Executive Branch. That branch is led by President Trump. He signed Executive Order 14202 to “Eradicate anti-Christian Bias in Government,” citing the firebombing. They even produced a documentary on how the U.S. Government was weaponized against pro-life Christians. While that all sounds nice, without investigations, indictments, and imprisonments, Trump is selling Justice Hamburgers with no beef.

And why not execute justice on the known terrorists? Would it make President Trump look too pro-life ahead of the midterm elections? Is that the same reason why Justice Alito asserts HHS leadership instructed the FDA to slow-walk the safety studies of the chemical abortion drug, sending 1 in 10 women to the emergency room?

Continued inaction sends a dangerous message that politically motivated violence against pro-life organizations can be carried out without consequence. Allowing known perpetrators to remain free despite years of evidence gathering, federal authorities risk becoming complicit in the very domestic extremism they claim to oppose.
