Abortion Biz Courts Henrietta to Suspend Zoning Laws for New Location

In January, Planned Parenthood of Western and Central New York abandoned their expansion project in Brighton under pressure from a grass roots coalition of residents who sued the Town for their lack of meaningful review in the approval process.

The lawsuit stated the Brighton Town Planning Board failed to explore the negative impacts an abortion facility inflicts on a neighborhood, including the question of waste disposal, referring to the aborted babies, as well as Planned Parenthood’s increased use of in-home chemical abortions and its related impact on clean water.

The abortion giant is courting the Henrietta Town Board to suspend zoning laws, permitting a new abortion business on 376 Jefferson Road. A public hearing at the Town of Henrietta is scheduled for Wednesday June 22 at 6:00 P.M. The public is invited to comment.
