A whistleblower inside the New York Office of the Attorney General alleged that Letitia James directed office resources to target political opponents rather than actual criminals.
Assistant AG Daniel Wiesenfeld reportedly emailed 2,000 employees making the allegations. The email was then quickly deleted from office servers and employee inboxes.
The allegations raise new questions about James’ prosecution of Christian pro-life organizations like CompassCare over reversing the effects of chemical abortion to save the life of the baby.
CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden says, “The whistleblower’s allegations are consistent with our experience of James’ lawfare.”
The Second Circuit Court of Appeals blocked James from restricting CompassCare’s speech about Abortion Pill Reversal, ruling that the speech is protected under the First Amendment.
Is Letitia James illegally conspiring to violate the constitutional rights of pro-life Christians?
