Rochester, NY—New York Attorney General, Letitia James was indicted on Thursday, October 9, by a Federal Grand Jury for a 40-year pattern of financial fraud. James also weaponized the office of AG against politically disfavored Christian pro-life medical group CompassCare whose CEO believes she should be investigated for Antifa ties.
In 2022, shortly after CompassCare’s medical office in Buffalo was firebombed by Antifa terrorists, injuring two firefighters, Letitia James did not seek to investigate or indict the Antifa terrorist activity. Instead she joined the attacks and used Antifa rhetoric, publicly calling on Google to censure pro-life organizations like CompassCare; Google complied, which AG James applauded. Then, Letitia James filed lawsuits against 11 pro-life organizations for telling women about the dangers of chemical abortion and providing emergency chemical abortion reversal treatment. She then proceeded to judge shop to move the case to the same corrupt Manhattan courts that found Trump guilty of crimes that don’t exist in statute. AG James’ action against pro-life Christians constitutes a conspiracy to deprive religious liberty and speech rights, and ironically for a black woman, a violation of the 3rd KKK Act of 1871 (USC 42; 1983).
Letitia James has made a name for herself by weaponizing the New York Attorney General’s office to attack those politically disfavored by a Marxist Democrat political complex running cover for Antifa terror. Their victims include President Trump and Christian pro-life organizations. James’ ongoing and obvious attacks eroded the public’s trust in her ability to carry out the duties of the State’s top law enforcement officer as she ironically brought fraud charges for crimes that do not exist in statute against both the President as well as pro-life groups.
James’ personal pattern of white collar fraud and public conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of Christian pro-life pregnancy centers prompted both Trump’s Anti-Weaponization Czar Ed Martin and CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden to call for her removal from office promoting a petition to do that at www.NYAGMustGo.com.
Despite AG James demonstrating a “40-year record” of alleged criminal activity, the left-wing media apparatus and extreme left wing politicians like New York Gov. Hochul and Sen. Chuck Schumer are circling the wagons, claiming the Grand Jury indictment is only political retribution by Trump.
In light of widespread domestic and international Antifa funding, Rev. Harden said, “Letitia’s pitch-perfect Antifa rhetoric, enabling Antifa terror to go unchecked in NY, refusing to pursue justice for or condemn the domestic terror attacks targeting us—it would not be surprising at all to see political campaign finance links to Antifa dark money going to people like James and her fellow travelers managing her PR crisis; Hochul, Schumer, perhaps through ActBlue. They’re all probably terrified right now.”
In response to the Grand Jury Indictment, James quoted Scripture, “…no weapon formed against me shall prosper.” Rev. Harden observed, “Perhaps a perverse reading of this verse emboldened Letitia in her crimes. It is not unique for bad actors to manipulate circumstances by quoting scripture. Satan quoted scripture in an effort to undermine the good work of Jesus. Jesus’ response? ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’ But scripture also says, ‘if you do what is evil, be afraid; for [government] does not bear the sword for nothing; for it is a minister of God, an avenger who brings wrath on the one who practices evil’” (Rom. 13:4).
One of Letitia James’ political targets, Rev. Harden observed, “People should find it odd that no one is claiming James is innocent. The fact is, James has consistently abused taxpayer funds and the resources of the AG office to enforce the Democrat’s secular fundamentalism. The very existence of those espousing traditional American values that conserve the Constitutional rule of law and the Judeo-Christian principles that support it is blasphemous to the Democrat’s secular religion.” Harden goes on, “And here is the kicker: While James undermines the rule of law under color of law, she blames her victims for the very crimes she is committing…a classic communist propaganda move.”
