Firebombed Pro-life Group Does What DOJ Refuses—Sues Pro-abortion Extremists (RAN)

Recently, New York based pro-life medical network CompassCare, firebombed by pro-abortion Antifa terrorists, filed a civil complaint against two Buffalo women in U.S. District Court for violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrance Act (FACE).

CompassCare CEO, Rev. Jim Harden says, “We are doing what the DOJ refuses to do. Pro-life people are being denied 14th amendment rights of equal protection under the law simply because we believe that all people, including preborn babies, deserve equal protection.” Over 300 pro-abortion attacks on pro-life entities since Roe was overturned has yielded zero convictions. Rev. Harden has been decrying the DOJ for abdicating its duty to enforce the law equally since August of 2022. He insists the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ, headed by known BLM Antifa sympathizer, Kristen Clarke, is intentionally deprioritizing investigations into crimes against pro-life organizations.
