Is Google Censoring Pro-life Ads?

Recently Google announced a new policy placing disclaimer messages on all ads related to abortion search terms. Is this discrimination? Google and other Google affiliates and social media organizations have come under fire over the last several years for censoring conservative and specifically pro-life messaging on their platforms.

The summer of 2018 the Supreme Court struck down a California law forcing pro-life pregnancy centers to advertise for abortionists at the first point of contact whether advertising, scheduling, or office walk-ins. Despite the Supreme Court’s reversal of that law New York thumbing its nose by attempting to pass a law virtually identical to California’s.

Google’s new policy serves to benefit abortionists by forcing pro-life organizations to pay for a message that is Google’s not their own. Is Google’s new policy their way of circumventing the law?
