FDA at Odds with Abortion Industry?

It appears that the abortion industry took advantage of the Covid-19 crisis by attempting to loosen restrictions on chemical abortion. They seek to dispense the dangerous chemicals by mail. The FDA requires that chemical abortion, aka RU-486, must be dispensed under the supervision of a doctor. This is due to a 400% increased risk of infection and death compared to surgical abortion. A lawsuit was filed to relax the FDA’s restrictions. The FDA defended its protocols. No woman has yet complained of her inability to acquire an abortion due to Covid-19. Oddly, the abortion industry claims to have the ability to sue on behalf of women in general due to their close relationship. The FDA rejected this claim astutely noting, “…the entire point of this suit is to reduce [abortionist’s] relationship with their patients….”
