When a woman faces an unplanned pregnancy, she feels stuck, trapped, and coerced—she feels that she needs an abortion to escape her chaotic circumstances.
Some woman struggle with lingering doubts. “I can’t be pregnant now.” “I’ve got plans, and a baby is going to get in the way.” “I know the father of this baby doesn’t want to be a dad right now.” “How am I going to finish school with a baby?”
At CompassCare, each woman is given the ethical medical care and comprehensive community support she needs to navigate her circumstances, helping her make a truly informed decision by enabling her to say no to abortion.
HOW COMPASSCARE IS ERASING THE NEED FOR ABORTION
- CompassCare has been seeing patients in our medical offices in NY, the abortion capital of the US, for over 20 years. Additionally, since the early 2000s, CompassCare has equipped hundreds of pro-life pregnancy centers across the nation to reach and serve more women considering abortion, helping them have their babies.
- In 2018, seeing the likelihood that Roe would soon be overturned, began preparing for a new, post-Roe reality. This plan required 1) the building of pro-life infrastructure in abortion-hub states, like NY, to serve women traveling from conservative states to get abortions, and 2) developing a national TeleCare platform to cut the time it takes to serve a woman from 24 hours to 24 seconds.
- In 2019, CompassCare adopted three pregnancy centers in Buffalo, enabling the pro-life community to go from reaching 1 out of every 100 women considering abortion in Buffalo to 2 out of 5 in just two years—growing further and faster than any pregnancy center that we are aware of. In 2022, a medical office was purchased in Albany, NY with the capacity to serve 25% of all the women considering abortion in NY’s Capital Region.
- CompassCare’s TeleCare platform now covers all of New York State, including NYC, and is launching in strategic locations across the U.S. This puts CompassCare in direct competition with the fastest growing aspect of the abortion empire: the online chemical abortion industry, now responsible for 54% of all abortions.
THE RESULTS
Last year, across CompassCare’s national network, 2562 babies were given the gift of a birthday through God’s blessing and the efforts of our team of nurse counselors. And 514 patients chose to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. In 2023, you can help us reach twice as many women and equip other pregnancy centers to do the same.
Yes, we count results and pray for life-giving decisions every day. But, our work is not just about numbers. It is about souls and eternal decisions.
